Educational sessions for mental health professionals, educators, nonprofit teams, or workplace staff on:
- What it really means to be autistic
- How to create affirming, low-demand spaces
- Why “masking” and burnout are misunderstood
- Practical tools for respectful, strengths-based support
Available as: 60–90 minute virtual or in-person workshops with or without Q&A
💲 Rates start at $300–$450 per session
2. Accessibility & Policy Consulting
Support for employers, organizations, schools, or service providers looking to:
- Make spaces more neurodivergent-friendly | Practice/employment walk-throughs
- Build inclusive policies and documentation | Review of intake paperwork and policies for practices
- Evaluate programs through a neurodivergent lens
- Integrate neurodivergent employees to create a positive, productive work environment
💡 Includes: accessibility audits, policy review, or co-designing materials
💲 Flat rate or hourly: $100/hr or $600/month to hire me as a neurodivergence advocate part-time.
3. Virtual Peer Support / Body Doubling
Ideal for individuals, students, or small teams needing:
- Accountability
- Help getting started with tasks
- Structured, co-regulated work time
- Emotional validation without therapy
